ATPrintPreview component is available as DLL. You pass the HBITMAP and struct of options to DLL, and get the Preview dialog, which can print the image. Dialog has the following options:

• Fit mode (normal, best fit, stretch..)
• Margins (mm, cm, inches)
• Footer text
• Image position
• Gamma correction
